Multiple Types of Waveform Output
SDG1000 supports Sine, Square, Pulse, Triangle, Gaussian White Noise and other waveforms output.
• Sine wave - maximum output frequency 50 MHz
• Square wave characteristics - duty cycle up to 20% -80%; rise time less than 24 ns
• Pulse characteristics - minimum pulse width 16 ns; rise/fall time down to 7 ns
• Triangle wave characteristics - symmetry 0% - 100%
• DC signal - 0 to ±10 V output
