8-inch Color Display and 10 kinds of One-button Operation
The SDS1000X/SDS1000X+ series is equipped with an 8-inch TFT-LCD display with a resolution of 800*480.

Comprehensive Measurement and Statistics Function
The SDS1000X/SDS1000X+ supports 37 kinds of automatic measurements and statistics.
The statistics can display five kinds of values: Current, Average, Minimum, Maximum, Standard deviation. It can measure up to five different parameters with statistics simultaneously. In addition, SDS1000X/X+ series also support Gating, Math, History and Ref measurements.

256-level Intensity and Color Temperature Display Intensity Display
SPO technology features high update rate and multi-frame superposition. The higher the probability of a waveform appears, the brighter it displays.

Integrated Logic Analyzer and Signal Generator Functions
The SDS1000X+ Series integrate a 16-channel digital logic analyzer. You can acquire, trigger, and analyze signals of up to 18 channels on the same instrument, providing a complete solution for mixed-signal testing.
In addition, the SDS1000X+ comes standard with a 25 MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator, which integrates 10 common waveforms. You can also edit arbitrary waveforms through the EasyWave PC software.
