RF Generators
SIGLENT SSG3000X, SSG5000X, SSG5000A, SSG6000A series RF signal generators have output frequency up to 40 GHz, maximum output power of +26 dBm, high-purity phase noise as low as -135 dBc/Hz, and internal baseband source bandwidth of 150 MHz; Support a variety of modulation methods, including AM/FM/ PM modulation, pulse modulation, IQ modulation, etc. SSG5000X has built-in IQ baseband source, which can generate commonly used digital modulation signals, as well as 5G NR, WLAN, LTE, WCDMA, GSM, CDMA, BLUETOOTH.
